2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural events, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.
You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or returned to us.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.


7. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share your Order ID and images at support@kooval.in

We will review and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across most locations in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you before processing your order.
