2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

3. Return Process

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with replacement or refund.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and verified:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

We will ship the replacement after the original product is received and inspected.

Replacement is subject to product availability.
