1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, email us at support@kooval.in with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if opened)


3. Return Process

  1. Email us with required details.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with replacement or refund.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and verified:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will ship the replacement after the original product is received and inspected.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, email us at support@kooval.in


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


8. Important Notes

  • Kooval.in reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Refunds and replacements are provided at our sole discretion after verification.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
